Use Albert knives at your own risk. By purchasing Albert merchandise, you agree to assume all risks related to and/or arising from your ownership and use of the product. 

You agree to hold Albertware Inc (“Albert”) harmless from any and all claims brought by any person or entity arising from your ownership and/or use of the product. 

Furthermore, you agree to indemnify Albert for any claims brought against Tumbler related to and/or arising from your ownership and/or use of the product.

By purchasing merchandise from Albert, you agree to use all products in their intended use in a safe and legal manner, consistent with all applicable laws and recognized safety standards. You further agree that you will keep Albert merchandise out of the hands of minors or individuals of limited physical, sensory or mental capacity. 

LIMITED WARRANTY 

Tumbler products are designed for use with kitchen knives.  Use of any of our products for any purpose other than sharpening knives is considered abuse.  Our limited warranted does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, loss, improper handling, alterations, accident, neglect, or disassembly.
